Terms of Use

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the agreement between ZEVRINA ECOMMERCE SERVICES - FZCO (IFZA Licence No: 78768, "Boostolog") and the natural or legal persons using the Boostolog platform (the "User"). By registering on the platform or using the service you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, we recommend that you do not use the platform.

2. Description of the Service

Boostolog is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform providing the following services to Etsy sellers: • Etsy listing SEO optimisation (AI-assisted) • Shopify – Etsy product transfer bridge • Etsy keyword and trend research • Etsy competitor shop analysis • Bulk listing revision tools The services are offered only to registered users holding a free or paid subscription plan.

3. Account Creation and Security

3.1 To use the platform you must create an account with a valid e-mail address. 3.2 You are responsible for the accuracy, currency and security of your account details. 3.3 If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify destek@boostolog.com immediately. 3.4 An account may be used by one person only. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited. 3.5 If you are under 18 you may not use the platform and may not register without the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Payment and Subscription

4.1 The service is provided within the limits stated for the free plan; paid features require a Pro subscription. 4.2 The Pro subscription is billed monthly or annually. Payment is taken at the start of the selected billing period. 4.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Following cancellation the service continues until the end of the current billing period. 4.4 Prices are inclusive of VAT (KDV). Local tax laws may apply to international users. 4.5 Refund policy: Boostolog is a digital service and access is granted at the moment of purchase. For this reason no refund is applied to payments made. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop being charged for the following billing period. Mandatory statutory provisions are reserved. 4.6 Payment details are processed through our secure payment processor; card details are not stored on our systems.

5. User Obligations

Users agree to comply with the following rules: • To access the platform for lawful purposes only • Not to overload the system or take any action that would degrade service quality • Not to use other people's data without permission • To comply with the terms of use of Etsy and Shopify • Not to use the platform to develop a competing product • Not to gain unauthorised access to the system using automated tools

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 The platform, logo, design, code and content belong to Boostolog and are protected by copyright law. 6.2 Content uploaded by users (product descriptions, images, etc.) belongs to the user. 6.3 Users may use AI-generated content as their own property. 6.4 You may not use the Boostolog brand, logo or trade name without permission.

7. Service Warranty and Limitation of Liability

7.1 The platform is provided with reasonable reliability targets (99.5% uptime); however, no guarantee is given against interruptions. 7.2 AI-generated content is advisory in nature. We are not liable for the accuracy of that content or for losses that may arise from changes to Etsy's algorithms. 7.3 Boostolog's liability is limited to the subscription amount paid within the last 3 months. 7.4 Boostolog cannot be held liable for service interruptions arising from changes to the Etsy or Shopify APIs.

8. Termination of Account

8.1 Users may delete their accounts at any time. 8.2 Boostolog may suspend or delete an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse of the platform. 8.3 On termination of an account, user data is permanently erased within 30 days.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are construed and applied under the law of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes arising between the parties shall first be sought to be resolved by negotiation; failing that, they shall be heard by the courts of Dubai. 9.1 Exception for Consumers Resident in Türkiye For consumers resident in the Republic of Türkiye, the mandatory provisions of Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection are reserved. Such consumers may bring their disputes before the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at their own place of residence. The choice of law and forum stated above shall not be construed so as to remove or restrict those mandatory consumer rights.
