About this agreement
This agreement governs the digital subscription service you purchase electronically through boostolog.com. It is drawn up in accordance with the minimum content required by the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Right of withdrawal is lost on immediate performance
The service is activated immediately after payment. Pursuant to Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun. Details in Article 8.

The registered user purchasing the service is referred to as the "Buyer".
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the parties' rights and obligations regarding the digital subscription service (SaaS) that the Buyer orders electronically through boostolog.com. The service is delivered entirely in electronic form. No physical product is shipped.
3. Essential Characteristics of the Service and Plan Contents
Boostolog is an AI-assisted growth platform for Etsy sellers. All quotas below are monthly and reset at the start of each billing period. Content produced by AI is advisory in nature; no specific sales or ranking result is warranted.
4. Price and Payment Terms
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is collected through Stripe; card details are never stored on Boostolog systems. Starter — $24 per month, or $228 per year Pro — $49 per month, or $468 per year Business — $199 per month, or $1,908 per year Important — annual plans: on an annual plan the ENTIRE annual amount shown above is charged in a SINGLE payment at the start of the subscription. It is not billed in monthly instalments. The monthly-equivalent figures shown on the pricing page ($19 / $39 / $159 per month) are informational only and do not represent the amount actually charged. The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes, is displayed on the Stripe checkout screen before the order is confirmed. Local taxes may apply depending on the Buyer's country of residence.
5. Payment and Performance
Once payment is approved, the plan is activated on the Buyer's account and the service becomes available for use IMMEDIATELY. There is no waiting or delivery period. Because performance begins instantly upon payment approval, the Buyer expressly consents to performance commencing before the expiry of the withdrawal period (see Article 8).
6. Subscription Term and Automatic Renewal
The subscription runs for the billing period selected by the Buyer (monthly or annual). At the end of each period the subscription RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY for an identical period and the same amount is charged again, unless the Buyer cancels beforehand. Automatic renewal continues until the Buyer cancels.
7. Cancellation and Termination
The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time from the panel (Dashboard → Plans) without giving any reason and without penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the END OF THE CURRENT PAID PERIOD. The service remains fully available until that date; no further charge is taken afterwards. The Seller may suspend or terminate the account in cases of breach of the Terms of Use, suspected fraud or abuse of the platform.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception
Pursuant to Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised for services performed instantaneously in an electronic environment, provided that the consumer has given prior consent and has accepted the notice that the right of withdrawal will thereby be lost. The Boostolog service is activated immediately upon approval of payment and is performed instantaneously in an electronic environment. By ticking the approval box during registration and/or completing the payment, the Buyer: a) gives prior consent to performance commencing immediately, and b) acknowledges having been informed that, once performance begins, the 14-day right of withdrawal will be lost. For this reason payments are, as a rule, non-refundable. Mandatory statutory provisions and the operational credit-return case described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy are reserved.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be sought to be resolved amicably. The Seller's contact address for complaints is destek@boostolog.com. For consumers resident in the Republic of Türkiye: the mandatory provisions of Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection are reserved. Such consumers may bring their disputes before the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at their own place of residence, up to the monetary thresholds announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
10. Entry into Force
This Agreement enters into force on the date the Buyer approves it electronically and completes the order. A copy is permanently accessible at this address, and the order confirmation is additionally sent to the Buyer's registered e-mail address.
